Most days you can find me at home in leggings, soaking up the sun and hanging out with my cute son, Miles. A firm believer that a slow morning always leads to the best day.
I love a movie night with a cozy blanket and popcorn. Some of my favorites are Pride & Prejudice, Cinderella Story, Ever After, Friends, Gilmore Girls, etc. I can and will watch the same movie or show OVER and OVER again!
Real talk, you don't need me at your birth or in any part of your journey to becoming a mama, but if you want a best friend to laugh, cry, and learn with, I am your girl!
I love all things women's health, and I can talk about birth ALL day long... seriously OBSESSED. I totally believe that a woman can have an empowering birth anywhere, as long as she has a solid support team that trusts her.
